Privacy & contact choices
The inquiry form collects your name, email, optional phone number, selected area, real estate goal, timeline, message, and permission to respond. FormSubmit processes these entries for email delivery to Jonathan Davila at Jdavila.PropertyConsulting@outlook.com. Delivery requires Jonathan’s one-time form activation. This website has no separate inquiry database.
Jonathan uses the information to respond to your real estate questions by phone or email. The form does not automatically send a copy to the broker, create an account, or enroll you in automated marketing calls or texts. FormSubmit handles processing, and Outlook handles the destination mailbox. Direct call, text, and email links use their respective communication providers instead.
If you request a referral or property search, discuss what information may be shared with another provider before proceeding. Your permission to respond is not a condition of purchase, and you can withdraw it by contacting Jonathan. Ask him directly about access, correction, deletion, or retention of correspondence. Provider processing and storage are subject to those services’ policies. No internet transmission or email system is completely secure; do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers, or financial documents through this form.
The sample-property saving feature keeps selections only while this page stays open. No live MLS listings, property accounts, or automated alerts are connected. Fonts load from Fontshare, and the website host may process standard server access logs.
Opening an area page loads the MapLibre map library from unpkg and map resources from OpenFreeMap. These services receive standard network information, such as your IP address, when your browser requests their resources. This site does not request your device location. Maps currently show geographic areas, not live property listings. The “Open full map” link takes you to OpenStreetMap, subject to its own policies.
